1. Services Provided

I offer online educational coaching sessions related to cryptocurrency, crypto options, financial literacy, and passive income strategies. These services are strictly educational and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or asset management.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or book services.

By using this website, you confirm that you comply with the laws of your country and that you are responsible for ensuring these services are legally permitted in your jurisdiction.

3. Booking & Payment

Sessions must be booked through the booking system provided on this website.
Payment must be completed before the session unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are listed in USD/EUR and may change at any time.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance → full refund

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours → no refund

  • No-shows → non-refundable

If I need to cancel for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduling option.

5. No Financial Advice

All content, including coaching sessions, videos, guides, or materials, is provided for educational purposes only.

I do not:

  • provide investment or financial advice

  • recommend buying or selling any assets

  • manage funds or accounts

  • guarantee profits or specific financial outcomes

You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • I am not liable for financial losses, trading outcomes, or decisions made based on educational materials.

  • I am not responsible for technical disruptions, website downtime, or third-party platform failures.

My maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid for sessions within the last 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, videos, coaching materials, graphics, and branding—is owned by me unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any materials without written permission.

8. International Use

Services are offered globally.
You are responsible for complying with your local laws related to financial education or cryptocurrency.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
For EU/EEA consumers, mandatory local consumer protection law also applies.
